toe socks

individually wrapped toes. they're the best thing to happen since individually wrapped candies. am i right?

if you're anything like my friends and the rest of the world, you'll say i'm wrong. you'll say toe socks are not all the rage i think they are. you'll tell me they support institutionalization in our free society. confinement moves us backwards. not forwards.

well blech. i like them. i like that i can compartmentalize my toes. i like that i can allow each toe a bit of privacy, a step away from collectivism. i like that they're cute as heck.

but alas, it seems i stand alone in this matter. just like my toes.

Ick. Blech. Shudder. Throw up in my mouth a little. These are just some of the things I can say to describe my feelings towards toe socks.

That being said, thank you so much for sending me some. They look so colorful and festive amidst the other socks in my drawer.

I like toe socks too, but my toes are abnormally short so I can't find any that fit me right :( so my toes mingle with each other in community protection agencies inside my shoes

I think I may rather spend $35 on shoes than spend $5 on a pair of toe socks. But I love that you love them.

i like toe socks.
i like them quite a bit, in fact.
my problem?
they cost more than regular socks and they never last very long. I don't know what it is, but i always end up with holes in the bottoms of them after 1 or 2 wearings.

Wow, the aversion to toe socks is immense. I, on the other foot, love toe socks too. For some reason they are hard to come by around here.

i've never worn any, but your analytical sentiments have moved me to get some. this could be a commercial.

I used to love toe socks -- when I was a kid/teenager. Had a bunch of them. These days though, I like freedom -- sandals, flip-flops, or clogs/mules (even without socks) when I need a "full" shoe. I know, you hate feet -- so I can see why you like them all covered up and contained... :)

I don't mind toe socks. I wear them sometimes. BUT it is NEVER ok to wear sock with flip flops, I don't care if your socks allow the freedom to do so.

Oh no! Toe socks? Really?

One person's nightmare is another person's treasure, I guess!

Added your blog to mine to follow...good stuff!

I personally have beautiful toes, so anything I can do to showcase each one I will...I have toe shoes now...no, not those deforming ballet shoes, but shoes with compartments for each individual toe...they work so well with my socks, and, people avoid sitting next to me on public transit...
