a storm is coming.

my friend kimmy kim kim insisted that i share a picture of the cake i just made for baby's birthday. which is tomorrow. she'll be two. which is why, when i asked kimmy kim kim what i should title this post as, she said "woah, a storm is coming".

naturally, i figured she meant the terrible two's. but now that i think about it, she probably meant a real storm. mainly because she kept screaming something about thunder and staying away from the windows.

baby rarely goes anywhere without her "snow snow" doll. so i thought it'd make a great topper for her mini cake. it took me a little over an hour to form her toppers from fondant. but when they were done, i was quite pleased with myself. shoot. i'm always pleased with myself.

wish baby a happy birthday. she'll never know. but i just like your comments.

ps. i whited out baby's name on the picture just as i did on li'l tot's cake picture. and for the same reason. she didn't ask to be famous like me.
