it's muffin tin monday. and there was no official theme for today. in fact, for the rest of the summer, there are no official themes. it's a free for all. so today. i did what i know best. i made a royal muffin tin lunch.i'm not saying i come from royalty, mind you. i'm just saying cooking can be a royal pain in the butt exhausting sometimes. which is why pre-prepared foods totally rock.
the girls had princess chicken noodle soup. mini saltines with liver cheese crown cutouts. and a chessman cookie. and all in my awesome vintage square muffin tins.
also. i reminded my girls that they're not allowed to date until they're married. that has nothing to do with today's lunch. it's just something i tell them now and then and pretty much weekly.
yay for muffin tin mondays! to check out all the other participants, click here.

Why do they call it Liverwurst when it's the best?
We shall now move to Liverpool, Engaryland, where the crumpets will never be old, man, and we can throw vegdannyables into the loo...that would be pudi awesome...
I want a royal lunch. :)
It would be wonderful to be princess. I hope you have finally had a quiet weekend.
Fun tin! Love the flowers cups. They're so perfect for little princess peeps!
love that cheese...i have already lost the battle with my DD and boys. she got in trouble twice last year for kissing boys on the playground. She's 6.
Tis good to be queen:-)
What an awesome mom you are! I would never think of such things...I stand in awe.
Onto the not dating until they are married...
My four year old routinely pretends she has a boyfriend since her MUCH OLDER SISTER (who is 6) had one in Kindergarten last year. They don't even watch Hannah Montana. What is a mom to do?
That something I remind my daughter of all the time. Makes me feel better. :)
I've seen Muffin Tin Mondays. I don't know why I've been lazy and haven't done it. I think my kids will like it. I love the pink silicon liners you got in there.
Hey - thanks for stopping by. :)
You're so funny!
you are so funny! good luck with the no dating business... thanks for stopping by my blog.
Ahhh, royalty and subliminal messages to girls about boys - niiiiice. :-)
Soooo cute ... and my girls can't date until they are 26 ... they are okay with that!!! ;)
I need to get those pretty flowers, too! I have muffin cup envy!
Wish I'd been this wise when my one and only was little. My mom was so great at stuff like this so his life wasn't too tainted by my inability to fly by the seat of my pants! GREAT idea.
