sugar and spice and everything nice. that's what little girls are made of. as long as you stuff them with said items.

it's muffin tin monday. and it's been a year since i've participated. so i thought i'd come back with something sweet. literally and figuratively.

today, my girls had a side of sweet corn and sugared ham with their sandwich. their sugar sandwich. yes. that's what i made them. i buttered up some bread. and sprinkled pastel sugars all over it.

for serious. it's delish. and healthy. i mean. take out all the preservatives, additives, etc and what you've got left is natural and organic. i know. my way of thinking is so awesome.

also. i just realized why my girls are all hyped up and jumping on the sofa yelling gibberish. but better sweet than salty. everyone knows water retention ain't pretty.
